I am a Master Neuro-Linguistic Programming Coach, an ICF-certified leadership coach, and a coach trained through the Co-Active Training Institute. For more than 10 years, I have worked with leaders across the Bay Area and abroad who are accomplished on paper but know that an old belief, reaction, or internal pressure is limiting how fully they can lead and live.

My clients are executives, founders, and high-performing women who are used to solving difficult problems. They do not need generic advice or another performance strategy. They need a confidential space where intelligence, ambition, and self-awareness are respected, and where the pattern beneath the problem can finally change.
